1971
Spami is established. A company specialized in the design and production of high-speed, highprecision machinery for production and control of glass-tube containers. Spami develops the first high-output machine for vials (6000 pieces/hour).
1972
Spami creates the only machine able to produce 1-to-50 ml capacity vials.
1980
Spami perfects the first completely automated production line.
1984
Spami produces a customized machine to produce, as first-in market, 100 ml vials.
1993
Spami installs new, self-adjusting devices enabling increased flexibility and production output of the lines.
1996
Spami develops the first production line for “Japanese quality” vials, including in-line washing and total cosmetic control.
2000
Spami develops the fastest verticalforming machine currently in use for the production of vials (8000 units/hour).
2001
Spami creates the first, fully-automated production line, including packaging.
2006
Spami develops the fastest machine currently in use for the production of cartridges (7000 units/hour).
2010
Spami realizes the first turn-key plant, from layout definition to complete start-up.
2015
Spami designs and realizes a new generation of Needle Assembling Machines (NAM) and the necessary equipment to produce and package RTU products.
